Backdoor may I presume?

Today walked to the small grocery store nearby to get something forgot to buy yesterday evening from the supermarket. Noticed that the construction work of the nursing home build quite close to our neighborhood is proceeding really fast. Have not noticed it lately as my everyday routes go from the other side of the block.

In our side corner of the building there was a place for a door. In my opinion it is going to become most definitely a backdoor of some sort..
