Me and My Shadow took a Tumble

Last week, Hubby and I were going up our deck steps when Hubby started to fall backwards...
I was behind him and tried to help him gain his balance by placing my hands on his back to help him stop falling...
I slowed the fall some as we both went downward...
He hit the grass instead of the sidewalk...
I got all twisted up in the process, twisting my back and neck as we went...
Starting to feel better after several visits to the chiropractor...
Me and my shadow are revisiting the scene of the accident...
