x marks the spot

Decided to venture out with Louie to try to walk to the source of the Water of Leith in the Pentlands.

I've had the notion to do this for a while after moving to next to the river and not finding many pics of the upper bits online.

So this is it.

"This" is a peak on the Colzium hill farm, from which springs are sprung and wind their way down into a wee ditch which gets a bit bigger. And a bit bigger. (I know that this isn't the most remarkable photograph - but it was either this or the ditch...)

So there you go.
