On the balcony.

Sadly as we live in a flat, the cats can't go outside. They can go on the balcony though, and spend many a happy moment here watching birds, chasing insects and trying to eat the plants. They even had their first taste of snow (literally in Felix's case) on the balcony in February. Spike, seen here, is from India and has less fur than Felix so he's more of a fair weather balcony cat.

I planted some seeds a couple of weeks ago, and now have chives, basil and sage (we get lots of fresh herbs here, but not these), lavender, nasturtiums, wild pansys, harebells and marigolds coming up. The balcony is my favourite place to sit in the summer too.
