Heads of Ayr

I like this picture as it was taken from quite a distance and still came out looking quite good.. i think.
Not been sleeping very well recently, and this morning i had energy which is really quite rare, so decided to put it to use. Walked half way along my local beach only stopped there due to back ache and on the way home dropped into a wee coffee shop, had a cuppa and did some people watching.
I'm now tired but happy that i got out the flat unlike yesterday which is why there was no blip.
