Pretty Chicks - Pipe Watch no 5

Holiday Monday and a walk down near the pipe Speedy got there first and I could tell from his face they were still there.

Not so ugly now they have feathers although I can only count 5 so either 2 eggs didn't hatch or 2 have secummed (could have been squashed by the big bruiser on the top!)

For those of you who have just joined us this is the 5th in a series of photos taken of a blue tit GREAT TIT's nest in the bottom of a pipe just off the path on one of my regular dog walks. Not sure if it will be an empty nest next time and having tried to photograh the adult in the tree without much sucess not sure if I can get a decent one of a fledged chick.
