postcards from new york

made in china

One of many discount stores along Fourteenth Street specializing in cheap wears. I suspect that nobody really needs the stuff that gets sold in these places especially since the quality is usually so bad that you are hardly getting a discount. Why these types of stores ever became popular at all just alludes me. About the only things I ever buy in here are disposable foil pans. Still, I get a kick out of their basic approach to window dressing.

Update: Job interview went better than I expected. Maybe I'll get this one because I never really wanted it? I'll get to go to Europe on their dime, though, so there is an upside. Thank you everyone for all the kind wishes!
