Feeling a bit flat

Didn't achieve much today after my bike accident last night. Found three gashes in my inner tube. They will fix a bit faster than my leg.

All the best to Louis, who broke his arm when his big bro pushed him off the trampoline and thanks to the doctor who stuck me together again. I am in awe of the people who work in A&E departments, although they must have some great stories for the pub.
