Having a P(l or h)easant afternoon at........

.......Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens in beautful Dorset we had planned to spend an hour or two there but could have spent days! Many photos later and have a most relaxing and beautiful day I had so many great potential blips - but this bird and friends beat them all hands down, this one was a model if ever there was one! and his friends

I have sevaral minutes of video footage of them eating out of hubby of mines hand! He does have a way with the birds! Hopefully tomorrow I will find time and get some of these photos up on FlickR. We have had a most wonderful break in Dorset, son of mine had a great time at Camp and has come out asking to go for a month next time (not sure what that says about us?!) and we are rested after some quality time! Now back to life in Sussex, but not at we know it! there are a few more days before I am back to work, son back to school and I make plans to have a much better work life balance! Lets see how long that lasts!
