young Sandhill Crane

-last day of a camping trip to Lake Kissimmee State Park
I think we've seen Sandhill Cranes every time we've come here. I blipped this same pair of parents back in April with 2 babies, when they were still pretty small. Now they only have this one, and they're still staying in the same area, which I assume is because the baby can't fly yet. It's about 2/3 the size of the parents now, and the wings looked big when it stretched them out, not like the little nubs in the earlier blip. It doesn't have any of the red coloring on the face yet.
