Stone face

Mar not my face
but let me be secure in this lone cavern by the sea
let the wind waves around me roar
kissing my lips for evermore.

Been to crantock beach countless times walking the dog or going for a surf but have never noticed this face and words carved into one of the walls in a cave. Not sure how long its been there or who put it there.
