A Fear conquered

This is my husband Paul, at the top of a pretty high scaffold tower. The thing is, he has a real terror of heights and it took a lot of effort and determination on his part to get to the stage where he is standing and working away as you see him here.

This year we have chosen the complete renovation of the outside of the house as our project. Despite his fear of heights, the mammoth task and the fact we've never done anything like this before, he was determined that we should do it all without outside help; just like everything else over the last 7 years. Of course he won't let me climb the scaffold tower, so....here he is.

It may not seem like much to anyone else, but I am very proud of him! :)
