Rain Stops Play

The play house has been abandoned in favour of the lounge. I think the girls didn't fancy being stranded for the night.

I pictured the raindrops on the glass of the French doors with the garden beyond. A showery afternoon saw the patio rapidly deserted at our family lunch.

The showers continued into the afternoon. We carried on regardless. We have a new tent and it was the last opportunity @becksjo and I had to try it out before it is used in earnest.

We both got a proper soaking, but it was refreshing after the warmth and humidity of recent days. The tent is a fine one, to be blipped next weekend. I hope you like the blip.
