GO50

Out today cycling with the old (retired) man. GO50 is a health and fitness initiative of Age Concern in Surrey for the over 50s. I don't qualify as being over 50 or retired but went out with them this morning for a gentle 12 (it turned out to be) 13-mile bike ride around the Cobham area of Surrey. Out of a group of 27 I think there were 5 ladies (me included) and I have to say for their ages they are much fitter than me!
