Girls Swim

Took pictures of a girl's swim meet for yearbook today. Unfortunately it was so dark in the room that I had to raise the iso up pretty high and the pictures are really grainy. I guess I'll have to retake them sometime. Any tips for this sort of thing would be much appreciated!
