Fire Poi is the best medicine.

Been on a bit of downer this week, things seem to be going badly at work, and it may be time to move on.

However Gawain came round tonight and we got the fire toys out, its been a long time since we played with fire. I realised tonight how much I have missed spinning the fire poi. If you have never tried it is one of the most amazing things you can do. You stand there with these trails of fire spinning, the noise is like the fabric of the universe ripping all around you. Its such a cleansing experience lots of realy good shots tonight.
