Maps

I had already written this entry once but it decided not to submit properly, real shame as its kinda jaded now..

So we actually used a map to get back from Somerset today! I had totally forgotten how to use a map having used a TomTom for so long. We wanted to avoid the A303 as we knew it would be rather bad so we ended up setting way-points on the TomTom and using the map to check/follow our route.

The TomTom didn't really like this idea and kept telling us to turn around and head back the the A303.

It took quite some time but we managed to get home in the end. The constant way-points helped to make the journey feel shorter in fact so it all worked out quite well in the end.
