Twice Baked Cookies

Kim has all sorts of things going on for the end of school tomorrow. One of them is making these "graduation" cookies for Holly and Emma's classes. We put the main icing on yesterday evening and then stored them in the oven so that our dog Addie could not "sample" them.

So today Kim finished off the yellow icing and stored the cookies back safely in the oven. However, later she turned the oven on to get ready to bake cup cakes. The oven got up to 200F before she remembered the cookies where in there. Thankfully they weren't ruined. It was close though.
