School's Out Forever

That's it - the last hurrah. #2 picked up two more prizes tonight to add to his collection from six years at secondary school. We are very proud of him. Onwards now to study for a joint Masters degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, which for us has special significance.

I remember singing the song School's Out with my friends as we walked down the school driveway on the last day.

The image tonight, well that's another story. A piece which has really caught my attention this week. Created from knitted thick string, bullet pellets and roses. I think it is just fab. It is about eight feet high, so this is just a detail.
