Sea Bass

I might just conceivably live without meat, but I doubt if I would be happy without fish.

This minimally cooked sea bass (a little olive oil, sea salt, garlic and lemon - with a sprinkling of Viognier) is ready for a quick visit to the oven.

A good day in the office - several meetings of positive outcome - and thanks to all those who made it that way.

And now - the fish.....
