I WANT OUT!....or is it IN??

This is my screen door, and the hole in the screen belongs to BK Kitty. BK likes to go outside and he has no patience. He also like to come inside at his will - he will not meow, he just shreds the screen. When he does, we tell him 'No', and open the door.......... I believe he has us trained...and we need to replace a screen - again.
