The Netherlands - Japan: 1-0

The world cup football in South Africa is already well under way. This afternoon the Netherlands played its second match against Japan (we won the first match from Denmark with 2-0). We watched the game in a bar in Brussels that was packed with Dutch people living abroad.

The Netherlands always plays in an orange shirt, because it's our national colour. The colour orange is referring to the name of our royal family, the House of Orange. Dutch supporters always wear orange too! Someone even parked its vintage orange Mercedes in front of the bar! Isn't that cool?

As the title already mentions, the Netherlands won the match with 1-0. This means that the Netherlands is the first country in the world cup that already qualified for the next round. Go the Netherlands! :)
