Dog days are over

Bridge on the River Taff, just to the north of Cardiff city centre - part of the Taff Trail cycle route.

I got the early train to Cardiff from Bath this morning, then cycled back via Caerphilly, Newport, Chepstow and Bristol. Nice ride, though the first section felt very tiring for some reason - possibly because I got lost a couple of times which was a bit demoralising. 86 miles in 7 hours 10 minutes.
