Workout

Considering its size it might look like one of the first digital watches from the 80ies, but my GPS enabled heart rate monitor is my favourite piece of workout equipment...I know it's a bit geeky, but still :)

Did my standard 50k program on the bike despite strong headwinds and some rain today.
