Shitty news at work today. One of the team's best and brightest is off to pastures new. He quit.

Work's been driving us all round the bend lately, but we'd sorted a lot of it out in the past two weeks. I thought we were all ready for the task ahead now, but I was obviously very wrong. Caught me be complete surprise. Actually pretty gutted, it's going to be a lot harder without him.
