Summer solstice

Well I missed the sunrise and will probably miss the sunset (too much cloud) but went up to our local stone circle nonetheless to celebrate the solstice. This little circle, only discovered 10 years ago when making the Sheepshead Way, is remote and peaceful with lovely views across the bay. The general opinion is that its aligned to the Midwinter solstice but it must be potent at this time of year as well. Just nice to sit and reflect.
