I found an interesting book in an antiques shop today. It was an atlas of Germany, but it wasn't any ordinary atlas. It was a huge, green, leather-bound anvil of a thing written under and, I think, commissioned by the Third Reich. It was published in 1937 and given as a gift to someone in that same year. Many of the titles and subtitles are printed in that iconic 'Gothik' font that was so commonly used in Nazi propaganda. What's the verdict? Any historians out there? Is this worth a lot from a historical point of view?

It looked immensely interesting. Some very heavy reading indeed.
