Standing Out

I prefer to mix in with the crowd. Maybe thats not such a good thing though.
They hired a new manager at work today. I assumed that I was up for the position as I have been there the longest. When I inquired to why I didn't get the positon, I was told I don't stand out. What does that mean anyway? I suppose I could do what they really want, (Rat on my co-workers). but I wasn't made that way. Nope, I prefer to mix in with the crowd. They can stick it.
It's been a great day.
