poison apple?

Hopefully not. It's organic, like most of the vegetables I buy. Or, rather, I would like to buy all our vegetables organic.

We went for a 2hour picnic to Ruissalo with mr A, the godfather of the little princess. For the first time, we took the boat s/s Ruissalo leaving from the river Aurajoki. The boat trip took 30 minutes one way.

I almost selected a picture with almost a similar setup than yesterday. It was way better picture, but it would've been too similar to the one blipped yesterday. So, after heavy thinking, I selected this picture where the little princess has her first taste of some 'real food'.

Not that she actually got anything in her mouth. Just licking the apple. We decided to give this apple for her to taste since she was overwhelmingly interested in it, once we did put it in front of her.

We have been thinking of this thing called 'eating with fingers' with the little princess. Don't know what's going to happen. But that I do know that you will know how we'll proceed.

The big party, midsummer, is around the corner. Heading to our summer cottage tomorrow. Hoping that most of the people heading to Nauvo for midsummer have already drove there - don't fancy that much the long wait for the ferry.

We had also our fourth baby swimming lesson. Tiia seems to like it more and more. Today we spent the whole 30 minutes in the pool.
