Cross-Stitch

Cross-stitch is something that I have done since my grandmother taught me when I was a little girl.

I've recently started to design my own patterns, mostly making them for friends' birthdays, but it seems that other people would like to buy them too!

I find the motion of stitching to be really relaxing and it's nice to listen to music or half-watch the TV while working on a pattern. I'm always reminded of my Nana Bar when I'm doing cross-stitch; I like to think of her passing on her skills to me; hopefully some of her craftiness has rubbed of on me :)
