Hangin' out

There are places you generally expect smokers to congregate. At the bus stop, outside the pub and hanging outside large organisations freezing to death while they have a quick ciggy.
You don't generally expect to see them hanging out a 3rd floor window with a cup of coffee in hand!
Makes me think he is here for the EIFF that is currently going on, but who am I to judge.
