The Harwich Runners have organised two Triathlon events this weekend. Today is the sprint event, tomorrow the full blown triathlon.

Whilst we awaited the arrival of @FloJoK at the Stour Woods, Wrabness, I spotted this cyclist powering past. I wanted to ensure I captured the moment of my sister passing, so I let off a good number of test shots. This is one of the better ones, numbered unceremoniously in permanent marker on leg and arm at 88 of 200 entrants (swimming would otherwise erase it).

My Sister finished the event in a very credible time, especially given the strength of the wind, She is now resting in a darkened room, awaiting the arrival of the men in white coats. Madness!
