Blue bush

In the theme of many Australian names (snowy mountains, great sandy desert and brown ducks), here one of my favourite Winter flowers - the blue bush.

There are only 2 spots around here where it grows in the bush, and I attracted a few odd stares as I tried to photo this bush by the side of a very fast back road. I had my emeregency lights flashing on the car to avoid anyone crshing into me.
