Arrogance?

So a few days ago, I think it was Friday some workers put down the sign above (that means don't park on either side of the road, well as gn pointed out its no waiting, but they are going to dig up the road, so in thoery, you know what i mean), ok, fair enough, people cleared the road, Saturday it had that black BMW on, now Sunday it has the other two cars on plus another one out of the picture, come on, i know its Sunday but workers start at around 7am and they don?t go until 8ish, about the time i go, i just think its extremely arrogant, so I will complain here :)

i could say this is the opposite of me, i wouldn't do it, but some do.
