Crab Pasties ...

I'd been searching for a crab cakes recipe I'd seen recently, but couldn't find it. I tried making these crab pasties instead. A rich pastry enclosing the filling of crab, chives, crème fraiche and a dash of worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. It worked really well and was surprisingly filling!
