61st BLIP

This name plate is from RUSI, the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies. I've been there a few times to listen to very interesting presentations. I had to take quite a few shots before I was satisfied with the blip - my reflection featured in the first few attempts! In this blip, a street scene from Whitehall is reflected.
