Not amused.

From the anti- nuclear power plant protest. The mask is Finland's Minister of Economic Affairs, Mauri Pekkarinen. We actually have a word in Finnish, "pekkaroida", that is based on that man. And it is not a positive word... And we also have a saying "Kepu pettää aina" which means "The Centre Party always cheats you/lets you down"...

The clown face comes from Pekkarinen suddenly changing his mind about more nuclear power plants in Finland and saying that "the talks of zero new reactors was just a joke."
