H is for Half-Way

We're [almost] half way through the year already.  That's if you count the days - I know that this is the start of July, so the start of the seventh month. Technically, the half way point is tomorrow lunchtime, but today was the last full day of the first half of the year.

Where has the half-year gone?  Has it really been six months since New Year?

I've been doped up on hayfever relief for the last few days.  So much so that tonight's blip was almost hayfever.  The one I went for is also in recognition of the fact that there is no football on TV.  You get bored without it.  Luckily I'm finishing at lunchtime tomorrow to watch Holland v Brazil.  :)
