The wind is not blowing

Buskers on Grafton Street in Dublin. The man on the right had a statue gig - he froze mid-stride with his briefcase and windblown clothes. The man on the left was a fellow busker who had just dropped a few coins into windblown man's collection pot. Each time someone donated, he flashed a smile and changed position.
