Apollo Theatre, Harlem, New York

Apollo Theatre - where stars are born and legends are made...is almost 100 years old. A place from which African Americans were once barred has witnessed the launch of many a stars including the legendary Billie Holiday.

I have been to New York many times before but have never had the opportunity to see a performance in the world famous Apollo Theatre where the likes of Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson have performed.

I am now the proud owner of a ticket to watch a performance there...I feel extremely privileged.

Hope to take a blip of the interior, if possible, when I go to the performance.
