it was thirsty work

It did rain today so we decided on a whim (not that easy with 5 kids!) to head out of town to Manchester Museum.

It was great (T.rex is always admired as are the Mummies) but stuffy (in the hot way!) inside.

So we stopped for refreshments and we adults enjoyed the quietest part of the day - the kids still for a moment to drink! Lovely...
