Wheels of Time

These wheels were once attached to "caro's" or carts for hauling harvested sugarcane from the fields onto waiting trucks ready to transport them to the mills and refined into our table sugar. Wheels like these are no longer in use since rubber tires have replaced them. I thought I would show an old and new so I put a new tire in the frame.
