San Diego County Fair

This morning Ron left on his cross-country drive with Ryan. He absolutely hates the fair so I definitely didn't pass up an invitation from M&K to join them for an evening of fried food, music, and massive crowds.

We saw the band Lighthouse perform... I had deep fried Oreo's and a bite of a deep fried Klondike bar (so good, much better than the Oreo's which tasted like donut holes with a crunchy cookie center)... And I had a falafal burger (leave it to San Diego to offer a vegetarian option to greasy hamburgers! And I had to balance out the calories from the deep fried foods). We wandered around a bit but it was so crowded!
