Kings of the sky

We went to Waddington Air Show on Saturday, and managed to get into the VIP tent so partook of the free bar quite a bit.

This was one of my highlights of the show, after seeing the Vulcan flying again.

A Lancaster bomber flanked by a Hurricane and a Spitfire, it's quite humbling to think that men flew these during world war 2 and The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight helps us to remember this.
