Breakfast

I had this for breakfast today. Back from where I come from, we relish eating milk fish cooked the "pinamalhan" (dewatered) way, especially the head where the omega fatty belly portion has the biggest slice. It's a simple recipe of a little water, vinegar, tomatoes, onions, garlic, seasoning, and a pinch of salt to taste.
