we saw this when we opened the curtains this morning it is one of the many baby seagulls they all nest on the roofs all around us i think many of them are starting to learn to fly i dont think this one was stuck as it soon went. I saw one this afretnoon and he seemed to be shouting for his mum. All i know they make a noise in the morning there is no need for an alarm clock
