Ripped Off

Cold days now, but beautifully sunny.

On the way home from an appointment in Dún Laoghaire I pulled in next to this bit of green I've often noticed, wedged between flats and housing estates. I guessed that the ripped bits of tape must have been holding up the nets. THE GROUNDSMAN confirmed this; kids keep ripping off the nets apparently. I was going to blip him, but I think the other one is stronger.
