Heli-med

This was my sight when I left the hospital after work. The chopper was coming in to land, on this horrible wet Highland Summer's afternoon.

Don't worry though - there IS a helipad there for these air ambulances!!!

Air ambulances are vital in the Highlands as our surface area we cover is SO vast. The largest of all the NHS areas is mine - NHS Highland.
