No War

Had a day's holiday today... had been looking forward to it all week - I had so many plans to go out and about blipping and then home to work on my painting (from 21.11.06)...

But of course, in usual fashion, my longed for day off from work arrived and I have been feeling awful the whole day - dizzy, sick, raw throat, etc... plans totally scuppered and my weekend looking like it is going down the toilet plan...

Didn't manage to get up and step over the door until 5pm, to pick up some scallops, by which point it was dark and pissing down...

...stumbled across this on the way back up the road...
