Mull of Galloway

What can I say, you couldnt see your hand infront of your face, but a great day was had, the weather doesn't stop us!!!
We started the day heading for Port Patrick and discovered what a charming little place it is. Being down this far we couldnt come all this way and not go to the corner of the country so we headed for the Mull of Galloway lighthouse. We had a good look around the operational side of the old lighthouse and played with a replica foghorn. We were unfortunate as we were unable to see any of the sea birds that next on the cliffs, so we had to rely on the RSPBA cameras that were trained on the nesting birds on the cliffs. Definately worth another visit.
